SUMMARY:SEMINAR ON EXCITING NEW TECHNIQUES IN X-RAY DIFFRACTION SAXS AND X-RAY SPECTROMETRY
DESCRIPTION:SEMINAR ON EXCITING NEW TECHNIQUES IN X-RAY DIFFRACTION SAXS AND X-RAY SPECTROMETRY \n Join us for a 2 hour seminar by our experts at UWA on Friday the 20th  May 2016 at 10:00 am – 12 noon \nLocation: UWA Physics Building\, 1st Floor\, CMCA Seminar Room 1.80 \nX- Ray Diffraction is a very useful technique for characterization of various materials in different ways. With the recent advancements in hardware and software technology high end X-Ray Diffraction and X-Ray Scattering experiments usually done on Synchrotron can be performed at lab scale even faster than before. This can be supported with elemental chemistry information obtained from X-Ray Spectrometry available as a complimenting tool. \nPANalytical’s new developments in X-Ray Detectors\, sample platforms and software have enabled characterization of materials ranging from minerals\, nano materials\, proteins\, semiconductors\, metals\, polymers etc to be performed on a single diffraction platform the EMPYREAN. \nFor further details contact Peter Darch on 0412 626 638 or peter.darch@panalytical.com \n  \nVenue:\nUWA Physics Building\, 1st Floor\, CMCA Seminar Room 1.80
