WA Health National Disability Insurance Scheme Community of Practice inaugural meeting

The Disability Health Network, in collaboration with TRACS WA, are developing a Community of Practice for clinicians with an interest in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Come to the inaugural meeting to hear from presenters from the health and disability sectors, including a representative of the National Disability Insurance Agency, who will discuss what the NDIS means for health service providers and answer your questions.

The Disability Health Network and TRACS WA hope that this information will be of interest to many subacute care clinicians.
